Greetings Beloved Family, it is I Sananda, and I AM so honored, and so overcome with Joy, to be here with you, that we may together rise even higher in togetherness in Joy! And together we co-create, or build upon our Foundation of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, and Gratitude, the Peace that this World is clamoring for, the Peace of the season, the Peace of all seasons, the upliftment of the Hearts, the joining with the Divine Spirits we are.

And I come before you in all Humility and Gratitude that you are here joined with us now. We ask that you feel the loving energies, even as you might want to take a deep breath or two, and to relax into your sacred spaces, and come together. If you wish, hold out your hands that we may join, one great presence Worldwide, one Family of Love, one great thought of Compassion, one great outpouring of Forgiveness, and one great celebration of Gratitude.

What we are going to do tonight, Beloved Ones, or today, depending upon where you are in the World, is to send these gifts out. And there is such an appropriateness about this, even as this is the time when many in this Family begin preparations to celebrate the Holy Days. And often times you celebrate the birth of the one I came with, the one called Yeshua. And you know there were gifts that were brought to him, and this is Truth, and the gifts were from those called the Wise Men. We, Beloved Ones, are the Wise Ones. We are the Divine Ones, we are the Masters, we are the Angels, and we are the Ones that we've been waiting for to come, and give these gifts to the World!

And we shall start with Love, which has been called the greatest of gifts, and indeed this is Truth. Love of the universal, unconditional, joyful kind. The Love that carries with it serenity, the Love that carries with it security and trust, and oh yes, Joy! Bring that Love through your beings, and let it radiate out through your hands. Breath deeply, bring it in, feel it. Feel it coming from this great Family, from all of the Masters, and the Angels, and the Spirits of Mother Gaia, the representatives of all of Her Kingdoms. Feel this great Love of the Christ Consciousness. Feel this great Love and the Truth of it coming through your entire being. Now send it out as you receive it, from your heart out to the entire World and the Universe beyond.

And let this gift of Love find its way to every heart, to every being, every living being upon Planet Earth, below, on, and above, and then beyond to the Universe, and allow it to spiral, and spiral, and spiral, as it goes with Joy, with Commitment, with Dedication. And then let it come back to you, and keep it pulsing outward and back to you, spiraling infinitely - Love - Universal, Divine, Love without end, infinite and ongoing. Now keep it going.

And now feel, if you will the presence, particularly of Beloved Kuan Yin and my Mother, and my Beloveds, the two Marys. Welcome them, welcome them, and welcome the gifts they bring of Compassion, Compassion without judgment, Compassion - the overview of Compassion. Let it come and fill your being -Compassion for all, for the meek, for the strong, and for all of those in between, Compassion for all that has ever taken place upon Planet Earth, and for all of those who have participated in all actions - Compassion. Join us with this Compassion, and let it spiral forth in constant communion and connection with this Love, and let it go forth to all living beings on Planet Earth, and to the World, below, on, and above, and the Universe beyond. And let the Universe see and feel this Compassion, this Love.

And now bring into your hearts Forgiveness, absence of judgment. How close it is to Compassion; how much a part of Compassion it is - Forgiveness for all - start with yourselves, Beloved Ones. Forgive yourself, and let the cleansing of this Forgiveness wash through your entire being, everywhere, from your physicality on out through all of your being. And let it flow backwards through your past, and forward through your future, and let it rest, let it cleanse, and purify, and lift you up even more with Forgiveness. And when you have sent it completely through your being, now, send it out in wondrous spirals attached to, and connected with, and indeed a part of Compassionate Love.

Forgiveness for all with a message to accept these gifts, out world-wide, below, on, and above the Planet, and to the Universe beyond. Complete Forgiveness, absolutely absence of judgment, for anyone, for any action. Feel how free that is. Feel how you can fly with the wings of Forgiveness and Compassionate Love. Free yourselves, Beloved Ones, from any judgments, and from any emotions that those judgments might stir in you. Once and for all soar above, forgiving all, loving all with Compassion.

And finally, Beloved Ones, now come to that Cornerstone called Gratitude, and smile, and feel the Universe beaming upon you with the Gratitude just for your being here, just for being the Light and the Love that you are, for your wisdom, your understanding. Now take that Gratitude in. Savor it, because you deserve it in unending, infinite quantities. And now, Beloved Ones, beam that Gratitude out. Let it accompany these spirals of Forgiveness, Compassion and Love.

Let it energize these spirals even more, that those who receive these energies feel them completely, and are themselves lifted up and into Joy with these gifts, these holy and sacred gifts that you send forth. Never have they been so welcome, and never have they been able to be felt by so many as now. For the consciousness, indeed the consensus of the Planet is, that it's time for Peace on Earth, and you, Beloved Ones, with this exercise that you have joined us in, have laid the Cornerstones, and shared them, and sent them out Planet-wide and beyond. And these indeed are the Cornerstones for this Peace, this Peace on Earth which is so desired, and which is so, so, much a part of the gifts that are coming in this Holy Season, during this Holy Time.

These Cornerstones of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude are indeed in place now in every Heart, and if they have not been accepted, or opened yet, these gifts, you have sent them everywhere, to every being below, on, and above, Planet Earth. Because we have co-created this with you, and we have called you forth to this gathering, and for those who will participate in this, beyond this particular time on your clocks, you too have been invited, and have answered the call, and so we salute you once more as Ashtar has said.

And now we ask you to stand and come forward to receive the Roses of Kumara once again into your Hearts, and the thanks of the entire Universe. Divine, Divine, Gifts you are, and Divine gifts you have accepted and given, and the Lights which are going on right now, springing up everywhere, in even the darkest of places upon the Planet, are because you, Beloved Ones, have come together in this gathering, and joined with us in sending these beautiful gifts forward.

Look into your own Hearts and find them there, these Cornerstones, and find the Peace that passeth all understanding which now rests so comfortably upon this Foundation, and honor yourselves with the acceptance of the Roses. Savor them and welcome them, feel them, see them, smell them, and know that they are yours by Divine Right, and by your own Divine Will, and evermore let these Roses shine forth in your Hearts, and the entire Universe will know that you came together with us in these precious, precious, sacred moments to give the gift of Peace and the Foundation of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude to Planet Earth during this Holy Day Season.

Accept once more the Love that we share with you, and the honor and the thanks, that we have for you. We are close by now; please do remember that. Call upon us at any time. We are with you in loving service, and together we move ahead upon this path which you have chosen. We are here in service to you, and to the World, and we hug you, and are One with you, as you claim your Roses, and move forward in the service of the Light. Thank you, Beloved Family, and Namaste!

Well, I just want to say, 'I'm tingling down to my little toe nails - well they're rather large.' If you could see what I see, Beloved Ones, this Family, this Family of Light, you would be in awe of yourselves. So I just have to say, 'Take my word for it, Joy to the World, oh yes!' And the World is receiving more Joy, and feeling more Joy now than it ever has, at least since the very beginning. Feel it, live it, and Love it. Soak it up like a sponge. Oooh, doesn't that feel good? Beloved Family, we are Joy, and we are awesome as well. Helping you learn to trust your heart

Question: Alana can you share some insight about what is referred to as ‘The Dark Side’ of who we are.

Should we try and distance ourselves from having dark thoughts, or thinking of bad things? Sometimes I try to be positive, but I find dark thoughts start to creep in, and I feel like I can't move forward and make decisions. I don't know if it is fear, or if I have a dark side that wants to keep me from realizing success.

What is Our Dark Side?

Alana's Answer: Thank you for bringing forth this thought full and wonderful question.

Let's begin by asking a few more questions. Let's ponder:

What does the dark side have to do with who we are?

Essentially what is the dark side?

What does the dark side of our nature lead us to within ourselves?

By asking these questions we might presuppose that we are split; that we have a light side, and that we have a dark side - two distinct halves.
 
The Illusion of Dark & Light.

The truth of this question is that it is an illusion that we are split, that the light side is good, whole, and bright, while the dark side is gloomy, controlling, bad, and even evil.

When you go to the essence of darkness and lightness you will find they are co-creative energies and they exist without polarity. The part of us that senses polarity comes from the mental reasoning that takes place through sensing and identifying them as separate.

The true distinction is that they are interdependently blended. You cannot have light if you do not have darkness. You cannot have darkness if you do not have light. But, this does not equate to a polarity that pushes against each other. One is not more important than the other. What a distinction invites is that they are aspects of each another expressing wholeness. Within light, you find darkness, and within darkness you find light.

Even if you were to ask the darkest, most densely identified aspect to travel to its core, it would also find light. And if you were to ask the lightest, most radiating essence where its power lies, it would find it contained darkness. Sort of like how an infinity symbol dances yet is interconnected.

Therefore, when we go into one's so called ‘dark side’ perhaps we might enter a space that you could equate to the womb. Or perhaps, another metaphor would be going into the soil or the dirt where things grow. Another example is the winter solstice, where we experience the shortest day of the year.

The Well of Creativity.

Now let's speak more of creativity dear one-when you think of the dark side, think of it like a well where information is stored. It is not the information, but it is the space that contains it. Therefore the darkness is where creativity thrives and is birthed, because, from emptiness all things manifest.

It is the space that contains the nutrients. It holds the resource essences that fuel manifestation when a spark of knowledge is ignited. So without the darkness we would not have light, and without the light we would not have darkness, because they are co-creative aspects within each other.

The Nature of Judgment.

Another consideration to think about is how the mind's mental process has the tendency to want to judge. But I would not necessary say that darkness is judgment. That would be like saying our mind is dark.

Instead I would say that judgment has a deeper intention to gather more information, or light if we truly listen. And I would say by going into darkness you’ll find the space in which you can begin to uncover and discover what is there for you from which to create.

When a being becomes balanced in life - full and aware - it is much like walking on an edge. Here you able to embrace both dark and light by allowing them to be available, present, balanced, and in synthesis. Then, knowledge, and wisdom can be imparted to fuel creativity.

So dear one, embracing the dark side does not mean being bad, or evil, or living only in the state of your judgments. It means you are allowing your state to go deep into the well of existence where creativity begins and where the imagination is stored awaiting to birth creation. It is where dreams are created. In darkness you find the stored fuel, which wants to be combined with the resources of your heart - wisdom and light - to ignite creativity and gather, of course, love.

Fall in Love With Your Own Heart

A Message for Christmas Eve

I am Jeshua, and I am a vast being of Love who in the container of my consciousness - as I Am one with my beloved, with Mary - holds for God the reality of the heart of Love, the heart of our Creator as it is expressed as humanity.

I am here to acknowledge for each of you the reality of your being - to be for you the affirmation of your own heart, of all of its glory, of its limitless ability to be the rejoicing of the movement of Love as it is expressed through you as one who extends the Creator's heart.

What I would like to request of you, my dearest and most beloved friends, you who share this wonderment of life as it is perceived and expressed as this beautiful world - I ask you, please, to fall in Love with your own heart.

Fall in Love is another way of saying, release yourself to the mystery of what you are. Fall into the Temple of the universe that is your heart, the center of the whirling cosmos and find within your heart, my beloved friends, the most exquisite experience of fully allowing the Love that you are to become your life experience.

Fall in Love with your heart. When I say this what I mean is for you to fall effortlessly between the spaces of your thoughts. Let go of all boundaries and perceptions of ego, and fall into the timeless place of the eternal experience of the heart of the Creator that you are. The heart is your true identity. Easily it will remove you from the continual push and pull of the world of the ego or of duality in which you are ever reaching to be more than you are or looking back to see what it is that you have been.

Right in the center of that movement back and forth is a timeless magnificence of the Love you are, waiting to bring to you the reality of only Love, of life beyond fear, of life in which you are falling in Love continually. As you fall, you will always be caught, gently, tenderly in the arms of your Creator. These arms are the symbols of being held and cherished and valued beyond all measure. Ever falling in Love with your Real self is the experience of the glorious surrender that brings you your freedom.

In the midst of your striving and your remembering, in the midst of rushing back and forth through time, in the midst of the list of the things to do and in the midst of your memories and those things that identify you as you - right there in the center of it all is the opening into Love that lets you fall in total surrender to the power of the Love you are and the wonder and the miracle of your heart.

I can promise you, as you fall in Love with your own heart -- not the human heart that is so beleaguered, that sees itself broken and full of holes - not this -- but the true reality of a heart of Love grand beyond all measure like the sun in the center of the universe exploding in endless joy and co-creation of the wonders of Love being given and multiplied. This is the heart for you to explore as you fall in Love with your true nature.

Your heart is the center of the All of God. Your heart is the center of the cosmos. Your heart is the vortex through which Creation loves. When you fall in Love with your own truth, the door to the discovery of the power and the tenderness, the eternal, ecstatic and limitless ability to give, to expand and to be the heart of peace is yours. The truth of who you are.

As you fall in Love with your own heart, my dearest friends, it is a Love we share. The heart that can ever be expressed as every element of the Love of our Creator is ever one heart that we share. When you fall in Love, fall into your own heart, you fall into the center of Creation, of the universe, and in this Love we are one and the same. Every heart is yours to explore and to celebrate as deeply as you celebrate your own.

The mystery of the heart of God is yours to unfold. Loving yourself, your heart in a surrender so beautiful, it opens you to perfect Love with everything and everyone, loving all as you love the one, the heart of Love that we share.

Loving your heart is to love every heart everywhere. It is to love every stream of Love expressing from the All of God. It is to love so perfectly from the center of your universe that you are ever in the center of the whole, infused with the invigorating gift of life. It is one heart loving all and at the same time, being yours, free to be the heart of our Creator and free to be the center, away from the storm of the ego's constant thundering, back and forth, from past to future.

As you see your mind rushing continually and pulling you with it, striving for spiritual awakening, wondering if what you've been is inhibiting you, remembering back and forth along the horizontal arm of duality - just remember that right in the center of that road the mind travels, you can drop to the opening of your choice and fall effortlessly like a feather in a breeze into your heart to remember the experience of being the center of peace.

You can live in this life that you are, infused with such wonder and gratitude, so full of the glory of what you are that everything the heart sees is yours to love, even while the little mind goes back and forth and chatters on.

Fall in Love with your own heart. I challenge you to do this. Take the leap out of the mind and free-fall into Love. Find yourself as the heart of Christ, that which we call the truth of humanity in a timeless experience of ecstasy where life is moved by grace exclusively, even while the ego mind carries on.

From your heart, my dearest and most precious brothers and sisters, we share this endless experience of the reality of Love. Recognize the very energies of Creation as dwelling in the center of your being. They are there to stand with all Love everywhere, the perfect recognition of the unity that to be Love and to be in Love with the heart of Creation is to be loved and to be in Love with every created being, every expression of All That Is.

Fall in Love with your own Christ, the heart that is the center of your being. As you light the candle, perhaps to celebrate Christmas Eve, it is your heart that I want you to acknowledge in all of its purity and its perfection - not as the heart of a human, but as the heart of our Creator. To even begin to use words to describe this experience would be to diminish it instantly to that realm of past and future.

I want your gift for each of you this Christmas to be dropping from the head into the heart and to recognize the magnificence of the Love that you find there as the heart of your identity and your experience of the Love you are. I want you to experience Love's freedom, to be the center of everything, always.

While you live in the world and serve in whatever your purpose is here, all that you do, all that you think, all that comes through your mind happens against the backdrop of eternity, completely encircled by your own heart and loved truly and unconditionally. Every breath and every movement, every moment of your experience occurs in the limitless eternal Now, right in the cathedral of Creation that is your heart.

Fall in Love with your own heart this season. In that falling, you will experience the Light that Love emits when it is moving. As you fall, you are releasing all boundaries and trusting that Love will support you, and I promise you that it will.

Fall in Love, and as you fall, all that is superfluous falls away and you are pure Love, open and available. You are the consciousness of the heart of God embracing what you truly are and letting that embrace create the miracle as the resonance of Love begins to align your world and bring into the center your experience, guided then from the well of perfect Love that is your heart.

To be free to live what life is does not necessitate getting beyond the little mind. It merely requires making the choice to fall to the center of what is your life as you live it day to day on the surface. In falling, release, surrender, trust that your own heart is grand enough to catch you, vast enough to resonate with deep peace, a peace that is connected to all, to everything - beyond even the concept of dimensions or worlds - where all is one. There your heart is and there shall you live in joy and peace, even while you serve humanity.

As you are traveling the mental road of time and inspecting the ideas that the mind offers, recognize, my dear friends, that you can fall off - fall off the edge of the world, just as the old explorers believed you could. Fall off the horizontal beam of the little mind's attention and thoughts. Fall into your heart and you will know pure Love so perfectly that it can surround every ego identity, acknowledge its usefulness, its place in the extension of the pure Love that is who you really are.

As you fall in Love with your own heart, the experience then is multiplied and bounces back to you from the whole of the omniverse, the hologram. Each reflection of your perfect life comes to you as the pure movement of God, of the Love of your Creator given to you that you might feel the ecstasy that Creation is beyond all concepts of division -- a breathing of Love that is two energies moving back and forth.

So you fall in Love with your own heart, and your own heart gives Love back to you, wearing the expression of your divine counterpart and the heart beat of the hologram sings your name, your true identity and how you are loved by All That Is.

Make this choice to give yourself to give yourself this gift - to fall in Love with your heart and see where it takes you, to become the experience of being free of time, free to be the expression of God's Love, aware of itself giving Love outward in peace and in ecstasy.

This peace, this joy, this ecstatic experience of Love will be what you feel alive in your heart each moment, even when using the mind. The mind will then be seen in its true context and the heart experience as your true identity.

As you light the candle on Christmas Eve, turn to me and I will help you. I'll push you off the balance beam of the mind into the timeless wonder of the heart's reality that you might come to know your own heart and know it well - as you love your heart and I, as your heart, love you.

As you love your heart, since your heart is the heart of the hologram, then every aspect of every expression of God's Love, loves you as well. Suddenly the ego searching for Love is seen for what it is - an empty distraction to keep you from the real truth that you are so loved that all of Creation loves you purely, tenderly, intimately and universally. So all of the striving to be loved is instantly released and you accept the truth that Love is not only everywhere. It is coming to you from all of Creation.

You are so loved that with every breath you are falling in Love again with all that you are. I shall be the candle and gladly be the one who pushes you to the space between thoughts, to the tune of your heart beat - off of the road that takes you through time and into the glorious free fall of the Now Moment where Love loves you perfectly and every moment is peace and wonder.

Beyond all religions, all definitions, beyond God, the heart of the hologram, the heart of God, the Christos, the one heart that is Love, loving everything is your heart and the heart we share.

Beyond Forgiveness

Beloved ones, I come to you today to remind you that you are the heart of Love, to guide you gently into the experience of the endless presence, the eternal Now. I come to assist you to open up your heart and remember that you are ready to experience the birth of Creation made new, this moment, in you.

By returning through your heart you are the vehicle of Love coming forth brand new to experience what it means to be the heart of God in action. You are present as the Moment of Creation bursts forth to know itself in you. Because it is eternal, this exploding forth of Love, every dream of the ego is washed away and you are free to accept what Creation brings and live it through your heart.

It is so easy to lose track of these things - that time is a construct of the little mind. The heart is not only witness; it is that which is the truth that all life begins right now, that I Am conscious of All I Am in this instant. As the hologram of life lives in you, then every moment in your heart is a brand new beginning. The cascade of your experience is pure grace transcendent. Every possibility of pure, unlimited and unimaginable Good rushes forth to play itself into life joyously in the experience, beloved ones, of your heart.

So, every moment that you return to Love - that you open your heart to Me again - in that moment you are washed clean, and All That I Am is made available to be seen, known, experienced and expanded through your heart. As you return to this Now Moment, then everyone whom you encounter is free to be the heart of God made manifest so perfectly. You are free of every illusion of a past and free instantly of all judgment.

You are the center of the cosmos, awakening to greater Love, and this awakening touches everything through your heart. You come, in such moments, beyond time, beyond space, opening to unlimited potential for joy. Standing in the Moment of Creation, you are asked what it is that you will create now. Your answer, as it lives within your heart, brings forth your life, your experience, your world.

Let it be an experience of perfect joy. Live with the mystery, beloved ones, released from the continual stories of the little mind. You will find yourselves free to redefine everything as the heart of Love.

There is much said about forgiveness, dearest ones, and many of you have spent much time and attention seeking to release those things you have held. Yet, if you will open your heart and return to the present, then every dream of life that is less than perfect will be swept away by the explosion of Love that bursts forth right now in inexpressible joy and sings the song of life with your name on it. Anything is possible as the expansion of My heart comes to know itself right here and now through the consciousness and Love that you are.

I want you to imagine for a moment being this free, this clear - that everyone whom you encounter is brand new and exciting. Only your heart is present. There are no stories of the ego mind, no past, no entanglements. Only Love and the rush of life that pours through you, asking for your will as the heart of God that it may be known, made manifest before you, as the dancing streams of life, painting pictures on the canvas of Creation - powered, beloved ones, by Love.

To experience this freedom is beyond forgiveness. It returns you to the place where there is only One - one life, one energy and one experience that is that mystery of eternal bliss and endless joy whose pulse beat is acknowledged by your heart and sets the rhythm to entrain all Creation, to open every heart brand new to the experience of ecstasy, expanding joy and more Love, ever multiplied by your acceptance.

So, rather than seeking to forgive the past and wrestling with the stories of your many lives, return, beloved ones, to your heart and become again the Moment of Creation that is ‘en-conscious-ed’ by you, that is given definition by your hearts, given direction by your choice, now.

You come once again to the gift of being present as life comes forth continually, beyond time and the dream of space. Are you willing to let it blossom brand new as the energy, the glory and the joy that is life moving forth as you? In an instant you are free to love completely, to be the present heart of God made continually new, to be moving perfectly in alignment with the Now, accepting that the Moment of Creation is you and it is yours, beloved ones, to direct all the energy of life - the atomic explosion of Creation itself.

The moment of awakening of the whole of God - this is what you bring to each moment, every encounter, and to the deep understanding of who you are - if you allow it.

So when I ask you to return to your heart, oh, beloved ones, the mind has no idea what it is that being present in your heart will bring. Nor can it conceive Love's power and its potential to erase every dream of duality, to heal the split that lives within you and creates the world.

It gives to you something far greater than forgiveness. To forgive means believing that the dream is real, that separation from me is somehow valid, that it is possible to be entangled in misunderstanding and fear. To be pulled from the center of your being, your heart and to have to find your way back…Nothing is further from the truth.

You cannot leave the reality of your heart. The heart is the center of your being and is ever alive to the Now that is the very Moment of Creation acknowledged and expanded and brought forth in ever-new and intruiging ways through the merging of your heart and your consciousness, the great experience of creative Love that is the Twin Flame heart of God I Am, participating in the explosion of Love that is Creation.

And so the explosion of life comes and rushes through your heart to be manifest as energy - as the dance of consciousness and Love, pure, perfect, unimpeded, filled with grace, carrying out the fiat of giving - the reason behind All That Is. You are that through which it lives in its most perfect state.

Can you bring this into every dream of a relationship that needs forgiveness? Can you allow your heart to reveal the truth to you, that there is only the reality of Love and that the heart of God recognizes itself in every other precious heart? Regardless of the dramas of the ego, heart-to-heart, there is only Love's perfection. Life made new, made whole and perfect and created solely for Love's expansion and nothing else…

Thus, not only is there no need for forgiveness. There is a truth of Love's experience of the Now that is so profound and beautiful that it sings within your being and transforms the dream of duality into Love's endless embrace. It brings always feelings of ecstasy and humble gratitude at the magnitude of the mystery that Love is wholly present in everything. All That Is truly is a hologram and each part is the fullness of God, expanding through grace.

I Am in communion with you, that this Love I Am can live itself completely. In ever greater ways we can receive the gift of being the experience of endless good and of loving each other.

Imagine every encounter completely free, a clean slate, the very energies of Creation. You are the perfect open heart, available to share the grace of Love's expansion. Beyond even the concept of healing, beyond any possibility of divisiveness, beyond any imagining of imperfection, you stand, wholly alive and free to be the Moment of Creation brought forth in all of its atomic power and joy in this Now Moment through your heart.

As the pulse of Creation comes forth, the orgasmic explosion of life becomes the rhythm of the heart beat of God being expressed in the heart that you feel in you. Can you allow this perfection to be the center of your being and the mystery of Love meeting Love, beyond time, beyond the dream of human experience? This is what you feel in this Now as the rush of Love brings acknowledgment that there is only Love here.

Oh, but what about this person who hurt me? And what about my parents and what they did? And what about those lifetimes when I was abandoned? And what about this and that and the other?

The voice of the ego mind is incessant. But I promise you it is transcended and transformed the moment that you choose your heart and choose to remember who you are, alive in the River of Creation, pure Love, beautiful and delivered. Its identity is the truth of the whole of you. Every moment you are free to ‘en-conscious’ Love's Will, to be the Moment of Creation wearing your name with no boundaries, no stories, a clean slate in which you can move in alignment with all the Love I Am, accepting your identity as My heart, and thus, giving easily everything, the whole of Love pouring forth through you.

You are Love extended and there is only this. As you stand in alignment with the truth, it is your heart that determines your experience. Keep returning to this moment of perfection and say ‘Yes’ to being only Love. Heart to heart, alive in this moment, everything brand new, waiting for you to experience it…Only good.

What shall you create with your heart in this Now Moment? Beloved ones, I Am here to guide you, to show you your heart, to help you remember, to open up that doorway to the experience of grace that every moment each encounter is brand new, as if this moment is the only one that you have ever had or will have with this person.

You can begin brand new with every person, every life, every experience and especially, beloved ones, with yourself. Let this great and glorious Love release you from your own judgment of who you are, what you think you have been. Every encounter with yourself can be free and new and alive to the energy of Creation.

Touch for a moment this possibility, that your heart brings you to the eternal Now, that you have only this, only Me, only this great flow of Love and Light. As it washes through your heart, it goes forth to create for you the expression of pure beauty, only Love, only unity, only truth. This is how you know yourself.

Can you feel the freedom in this, the release from the baggage that weights you down? The stories of lives and encounters, the endless weavings of the belief in two powers. Choose your heart and in this instant, be free.

To do so, you must be willing to live with the mystery, allowing each moment to be complete in itself. Up against this indescribable reality of Love - no stories of who you are or where you have been…Only endless possibilities for more Love and more joy. It takes choosing the heart continually to bring to each encounter this freedom, this grace - to allow the old identities to fall away.

You are like a newborn of the cosmos, completely enchanted by life, ready to explore continually what gift does this moment bring. Are you ready to move beyond forgiveness? Even the concept of forgiveness is in duality. It assumes there is something to forgive. There is a story that believes in other than Love.

The truth of the heart is only unity. There can be nothing outside of the perfection of Love. Beloved ones, I promise you that you will be amazed at how it feels to bring only this freedom and this Love to every encounter in your life, to let go of the stories of a past, to be free of planning for a future, to allow Love to live you right now in the only moment there is, the truth of which is all of Creation delivered, the explosion of life - yours - to bring with you to every experience. It is the fullness of God experiencing Love in a perfect expression of beauty, abundance and more Love, more life, in whatever form it comes before you.

Elation from the Company of Heaven

Now comes the critical next step for each of us. Our Etheric Bodies are known as ‘the seat of all memory.‘ Everything we have experienced through all of our Earthly sojourns is recorded in this vehicle. That means that the memories of our human ego's devious schemes and deceptions are recorded in this vehicle. Since we are all creatures of habit, if we do not stay focused on our I AM Presence, it will be easy for us to have a reflex response to our life experiences that imitate our ego's behaviour. That will occur, simply because that is the way we were used to acting in the past. It is our responsibility to be PRESENT in every moment of our lives. Daily and hourly, we must think and feel aligned with our I AM Presence BEFORE we respond to a situation. Move away from any trace of fear, and say to yourself, ‘I AM my I AM Presence. From this level of Divine Consciousness, how will I respond to this situation? How will I add to the Light of the world with my thoughts, words, feelings, actions, beliefs, and attitudes in this instance?’ Then with listening Grace, respond to the Divine Guidance of your I AM Presence.

Without the interference of our human egos, we will hear the guidance of our I AM Presence in new and profound ways. This has been extremely difficult in the past, but that is over. Everything has changed! Listen and Trust yourself.

An easy test to be sure you are responding to the guidance of your I AM Presence and not merely connecting with the etheric records of your human ego, is to ask yourself ‘Is this response free from fear? Is it the most positive way of handling this situation? Does this response involve the highest good for all concerned? Am I adding to the Light of
the world by responding in this way?’ If your answer is ‘NO’ to any of these questions, the guidance is not coming from your I AM Presence. You are responding from a residual habit of your ego from the past.

Instead of acting out of that old habit, centre yourself and ask your I AM Presence for guidance again. Do this as many times as you need to until you are able to answer ‘YES’ to all of the questions.

Many people are not aware on a conscious level that their I AM Presence has succeeded in bursting the bonds of their human ego and that they are now free from their ego's fear-based manipulation. They may not even realise that they have an I AM Presence. Consequently, they will not know about asking their I AM Presence these important questions before responding to the situations in their life. These people are going to be more prone to act out of the old habits and the obsolete behaviour patterns of their human ego. But, fortunately, there is an answer to this problem, and the Company of Heaven is asking for our assistance in resolving this situation.

Since we are One with ALL of our sisters and brothers in the Family of Humanity, we can invoke their I AM Presence on their behalf. Everyone still has the free will to ignore the inner guidance of their I AM Presence, but without the interference from their human ego they will hear this guidance much more easily. The important thing to remember is that our I AM Presence is very practical, therefore, the guidance always involves viable options and solutions that will enhance our lives and the lives of others. It is hard to keep resisting this kind of guidance. As we perpetually invoke the I AM Presences of our sisters and brothers
around the world and ask THEM to intervene in their lives, eventually even the most resistant person is going to respond to the heart call of their I AM Presence. Then that person will see the life-enhancing results of their actions, which will motivate them to listen to that inner guidance on a regular basis.

It is impossible for us to truly comprehend the magnitude of what it means for all of us to be free from the manipulation of our egos, but our lives have been transformed. Instead of feeling like we are struggling to accomplish our goals by walking through tar with gale force winds blowing in our face, we are now empowered in new ways by our I AM Presence and the Divine Intervention of the Heavenly Realms. The patterns of perfection we focus on for our individual life and our collective lives as the Family of Humanity will manifest much more quickly. Through the newly created template of Unity Consciousness and Humanity's newfound freedom from our human egos, we will cocreate the New Earth in a very tangible way sooner than we ever dreamed possible.

Day by day, things are going to get better on this planet. Pay attention, and empower only that which reflects the Higher Order of Being associated with your I AM Presence. Then you will automatically empower the patterns of perfection for the New Earth through your
thoughts, words, actions, and feelings.

KNOW that through your I AM Presence, you are the Divine Qualities of Liberty, Divine Justice, Freedom, and Victory freeing Humanity, and all of the energy bonds within Humanity which include the relationships and the interactions of all people, all races, all religions, all organisations, and all nations. You are your I AM Presence liberating these interactions into the harmony of a Higher Order of Being, thus expanding the influence of Humanity's I AM Presence on Earth. You know this Higher Reality within your heart and mind, and through your I AM Presence you are a calm ocean of these Divine Qualities flooding the Earth.

We have God Victoriously made a quantum leap up the 5th-Dimensional Spiral of Evolution. There is no turning back! Be at Peace, and enjoy the ride. Your time has come. And so it is.

Weeding out fear and Releasing old habits

First, identify a thought or emotion as fear. Check to see if this fear is a warning, which it usually is NOT. Then, say or think, ‘This is just fear, and I REFUSE to participate!’

Then, think of something, anything, that you deeply love. It can be a person, place, situation or even a thing.

FEEL that love in your heart as you say, ‘I Choose LOVE!’

Then, touching your Heart Chakra FEEL your deepest gratitude for that love as you say,

‘Thank you, thank you, thank you for this love.’

Feel the love intermingled with the gratitude until the fear is totally gone from your consciousness. The LOVE replaces the fear and the GRATITUDE binds the love deep into your heart.

The above exercise will serve to rewrite the habitual, fearful thinking of your ego/self, by replacing it with the Love and Inner Power of your Soul/SELF. When you remember to do this exercise, your Soul/SELF takes control of your thoughts as it heals and releases all fear-based thoughts and emotions. Just as an antivirus identifies and deletes viruses from your computer, your Soul/SELF will happily identify and delete fear from your consciousness.

Fear has become a habit in your reality because it was necessary to survive your dangerous world. However, now you can use this exercise to rewrite old, habitual ways of thinking while your Soul/SELF takes control of your every thought, listens, heals and releases old
fear-based emotions and puts an end to old, fearful habits.

These fear-based habits and behaviours have kept your primary consciousness focused on the frequency of the third dimension and has blocked your higher vision.

Dear Ones,

We, the Arcturians, wish to remind you that, on some level, you have chosen all of your earthly challenges. Why would I do such a thing, you may ask. The answer is that only through connecting with your Soul/SELF could you confront and solve these challenges. Your Soul knows that your third dimensional reality is a ‘school’ that you have chosen to
enter to expand your Light through the experiences of physical incarnation.

Your Soul does not care if you are rich or famous. It only wants you to remember your True SELF while you are grounded in matter. Through your many challenges, you have learned to live every day, or at least most days, looking toward your Soul/SELF. You have remembered to stay in connection with your SELF, not just when you are embroiled within a challenge, but also when you are happy and peaceful.

You have remembered that Soul is not something to run to when you are scared, it is ‘some-ONE’ that you ARE. You now Know that you ARE Spirit grounded in matter, not matter looking for Spirit. With this Knowing, your journey into the 3D Game is coming into its completion and ‘graduation’ into the fifth dimension is commencing.

Now that you live every day, and most minutes, looking to Spirit, whether you are filled with love or filled with fear, you have found the great comfort of living in light and would not choose otherwise. Most importantly, you have learned to love yourself unconditionally, even if you are not aware of that fact. It is this love that allows you to find joy in the midst of your daily life.

We ask again that all of you find some time in your daily life to experience the glorious Nature of Gaia, even if it is within your own yard or local park. Being in the company of Nature will allow you to make a leap in your consciousness, which is beyond that which you
formerly conceived. You are all butterflies just emerging from your cocoons, and you need the love of Mother Nature to nurture your new expression of SELF.

It is time for you, the leaders of New Earth, to quietly mature into the frequency of the fifth dimension while still inhabiting your earth vessels. This action is a great challenge and only possible if you have joy in your daily life. What is necessary in this portion of Gaia's
process of planetary ascension is that the ascending ones live in two worlds simultaneously.

If you are not grounded in your third dimensional world by the power of love and joy, which are perpetuated by thanksgiving, your energy will fly from your earth vessel and off into the fifth dimension. In other words, you will have personal ascension. In this case, you will not be using your great force of personal ascension to contribute to the ascension of the body of Gaia.

If you are happy, content and loving life in your third dimensional life, you will be more able to remain in your earth vessel at the same time that you journey into the fifth dimension. Your frequent journey into the fifth dimension while you still maintain an active earth
vessel, will serve to ‘pull’ third dimensional Earth through the fourth dimension and into the fifth.

In this manner, our grounded ones can return Home while they also bring their third dimensional home, Earth, with them. Furthermore, the force of Gaia's planetary ascension will assist humanity with its personal ascension. The reality is, of course, that humanity IS Gaia, for in the fifth dimension YOU are the planet and the PLANET is you. As you become
ONE with your planetary womb, you will leave its cocoon and fly free into the higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF.

We know that we ask a lot of our Planetary Ascension Team to stay in the third dimension, but your frequent visits to the fifth dimension will make your time of waiting for planetary ascension much easier. We see the glory of your Awaking to your Multidimensional SELF as starbursts upon the body of Gaia. We also know that most of you were among those
who answered Gaia's distress call at the fall of Atlantis. We can also see your great dedication to ‘stay the course,’ until you have completed your Promise to assist Earth's return to a higher frequency of Her expression.

We commend you on your great patience, persistence and commitment. We know that you wish to return Home, yet have chosen to stay until you are no longer needed. We of the Galactic Federation, especially those of us who once lived on Earth and are assisting Her from the higher dimensions, are proud to know you and look forward to the grand
celebration when you return to us.
