Monstaville Book II. Chapter 29

29

Meher Baba’s three R’s: “(Don’t) react - instead Reflect - and then Respond.”

When you don’t react, it shows you more of who you really are because, by not behaving in a way that is engaged with illusion, the opposite - reality, the Self - becomes more apparent. Through the mirror of a still consciousness, the clear light and pure energy of the spiritual Sun is seen, and felt, shining. Radiating positive energy - love and light - to somebody is the one thing you can do without limit, with full power, without aggression or inflicting harm on others or yourself. It serves only to raise the vibrations and is added to that person’s reservoir of healing energy which their guides can use as appropriate when they are ready to receive it.

“Others who harbour feelings of criticism, jealousy and irritation concerning the actions and accomplishments of friend or foe may create just as much harm as those whose malice is intended. Gossip itself is one of the most deadly forms of black magic and can bring about the physical death of its victims. Seeing that all harm eventually returns to the one sending it forth, would it not be well for all true alchemists to take the vow of harmlessness, at the same time recognising that the defence of truth and freedom sometimes necessitates making a choice between the lesser of evils? I urge then that all understand the need to magnetise the grand design of God for all parts of life.” – St. Germain (Intermediate Studies in Alchemy, channelled through Mark L. Prophet, Summit University Press, MT., U.S., 1970, p.47).

“Fire and swords are slow engines of destruction, compared to the tongue of a Gossip.” - Richard Steele.

"The tongue, like a sharp knife, kills without drawing blood." - Buddha.
A wound from a tongue is worse
than a wound from a sword
for that latter affects only the body,
the former affects the spirit.
- Pythagoras.

[Retrospective note: I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity, on a regular basis, to practice letting go of people’s ego projections and not take it personally in the martial arts class I attended during this period].

ADon=t take it personally. It is never personal. It is always someone dealing with their own emotional garbage which far from relating directly to you may go back thousands of years. You are just the trigger for that suppressed emotion and others are triggers for you. Let=s get out of the Earthly personality and into the eternity of it all. However people behave towards us or anyone else, just love them. The more negatively they act the more love they are crying out for. We don=t have to approve of their actions to love them. Yet what do we do? We give our love to those who conform to our blueprint, our expectations, and deny love to those who don=t. As almost no-one conforms to that blueprint we truly love almost no-one, usually no-one. Because others are insisting that we conform to their blueprints, almost no-one, usually no-one, truly loves us. This is why the world is so short of love.@ - David Icke (I am Me, I am Free, Cambridge, U.K., Bridge of Love Publications, Cambridge, U.K., 1996, p.184.).

Shaman Don Miguel Ruiz also emphasises this point in his Second Agreement. This was an important step in my learning process, to realise that nothing anyone does is because of me. It has nothing to do with me, in fact. It is simply a projection of their own shit, or ‘stuff.’ Ruiz explains that we all live in our own minds. Consequently, when we take something personally we make the assumption that they know what is in our world, and we try to impose our world on their world. We react in order to defend our beliefs but in so doing we cause further conflict, making mountains out of molehills,  Often, when people are stuck in their egos, they are determined to prove everyone wrong in order to justify their position, their attitude or behaviour. Their ‘need to be right’ may result in opinions and insults that simply indicate how the person is feeling within themselves and dealing with their own consciousness. It is their own insecurities and judgements that have caused them to send poison to you, by calling you ‘fat,’ for example. He even goes as far as to call such people ‘black magicians.’ When we take things personally, says Ruiz, we become ‘easy prey’ for these predators. When we take things personally, he adds, we can be hooked by just ‘one little opinion.’ We eat their ‘emotional garbage’ and it becomes our garbage. “Immunity to poison in the middle of hell is the gift of this agreement,” he explains. (The Four Agreements, Amber-Allen Publishing, CA, U.S., 1997, p.49-50). It may be said that the person has yet to see ‘the light’ and is not ready to break out of the shell of social conditioning. People fear change because change and letting go of the past can be a painful experience. The underlying cause, then, appears to be attachment, generally. But people are also lazy and it is easier to just spout off what surfaces from their negative subconscious than to look within, to face themselves and undertake the work that is required in order to expand their consciousness and deepen their self-awareness.

Suffering is Optional: Three Keys to Freedom and Joy centres around three basic aspects of Zen practice: pay attention, believe nothing, and don’t take anything personally,” the book’s author, Cheri Huber, explains. She says, “There is no suffering in paying attention. Suffering occurs when we believe there is something wrong with the content of what we’re attending to.” She also writes: “‘Don’t take anything personally’ points us in the direction of realising that nothing is personal, there is no such thing as personal. It is difficult, impossible in fact, for an illusion of separation not to take life personally. The practice of not taking anything personally gives us a breather from the parts of ourselves who struggle to control who and how we are and how we deal with what life gives us. The ‘truth’ and ‘knowing’ are so important to us because they perpetuate the belief that it is possible to control life. If I know enough, I can be safe. If I have enough accurate information, I can do the right thing and get the result I want. Suffering results because that belief is simply not true.” (Watkins Review, September 2001).

“You need not be weak or weakened when confronted by waves of discordant energy – whether your own or another’s. Nor is it necessary for you to be rude in your rebuttal of human error; for it is not the person, but the impersonal energy personally misdirected that must be challenged. Therefore, establish yourself in a firm, unyielding consciousness that rejects evil as the lie of man’s misqualification; and as you breathe in the essence of the sacred fire, ‘flower of Power,’ determine to strip that lie of its negative Power manifesting as thorns of abuse.” - St. Germain (recorded by Mark L. Prophet and Elizabeth Clare Prophet, Saint Germain on Alchemy. Formulas for Self-transformation, Summit Publications, Inc., MT., U.S., 1985 and 1993, p.278-280).

“‘I, Buddha, who wept with all my brothers’ tears, whose heart was broken by a whole world’s woe, laugh and am glad, for there is liberty! Ho! Ye who suffer! Know ye suffer from yourself!” (A Path to Oriental Wisdom by G. Parulski, 1976, p.50, quoted in Watching the Tree by Adeline Yen Mah, 2000, HarperCollinsPublishers, London, U.K., p.78).

“Pain is a relatively objective, physical phenomenon; suffering is our psychological resistance to what happens. Events may create physical pain, but they do not in themselves create suffering. Resistance creates suffering. Stress happens when your mind resists what is...The only problem in your life is your mind's resistance to life as it unfolds.” - Dan Millman.

Neo (Keanu Reeves): What are you trying to tell me? That I can dodge bullets?
Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne): No, Neo. I'm trying to tell you that when you're ready, you won't have to.
                - The Matrix (directed by Andy and Larry Wachowski, 1999).

Retrospective inserts.

“Before my interest led me to learn about dealing with difficult people, I had few responses to criticism or hostile aggression: fear, sadness, defensiveness, anger, self-righteousness and self-pity. Now that I know that each of us is either in a state of some form of fear or in a state of some form of love, I’m much less likely to take criticism or aggression personally.” - Betty Perkins (Lion Taming. The courage to deal with difficult people including yourself, Tzedakah Publications, CA., U.S., 1995, p.75).

For me, love is like a sweet and delicious food and my neighbours’ behaviour puts me off it, as though it goes cold or turns sour, like it goes off. The heart closes to some degree and my primary concern becomes self-preservation as I attempt to protect myself from feeling pain.

MySpace message from my friend Billy on 4 August 2009. Subject: funny.

"Pain insists upon being attended to. God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our consciences, but shouts in our pains. It is his megaphone to rouse a deaf world." ‑ C.S. Lewis.

“These pains you feel are messengers. Listen to them.” – Rumi.

A MySpace friend trekking across the States: “How pain pushes love out you. The more pain I am in climbing up a mountain, the less I am in love with what’s around me. Oh, do I have stories of playing with deer, like puppies, extremely beautiful. Glowing fungus. Some good stuff, more later. I have been on a quest for earth chakras and had no idea I was. Titicaca here I come.

My reply (excerpt): Interesting. Yes, indeed. It lowers our vibration and closes us up, eh? That would be why women are more resilient and loving than men then! Haha. Because they open and close freely and responsively like flowers…more easily. Not to worry...our new silicone based DNA/bodies will make us more open and able to hold more Light…and more love. Though, as you suggest, it is surely always hard not to love nature's beauty and sweetness. And, indeed, the animals and elementals do inspire that playful, loving, soft side of us...if only we can remain open to our feelings. The male body contracts, closes, shuts feeling out, so I guess we have to make more effort. Like calling upon the elementals...and the Green Man who is everywhere. They are real my friend. :D

"Spirituality cannot be seen in a person, or measured by their wealth or status in society. Actions surely do speak louder than words, but words also carry with them a vibration that can heal; or harm a person. Be careful therefore Dear Ones, to watch your words carefully as they carry the power of creation within them.@ - SaLuSa (channelled through Mike Quinsey, 9 Nov 2009, www.gfbymikequinsey.blogspot.com).

“Have courage for the great sorrows of life and patience for the small ones; and when you have laboriously accomplished your daily task, go to sleep in peace. God is awake.” – Victor Hugo.

All you have to do is ‘be.’

“…seemingly unknown to us, we collectively hold a key to our survival - if we will only use it. The key to which they refer is the act of living in ever-increasing levels of appreciationour DNA responds to our emotional state (our feelings) and then emits light and energy-patterns that affect matter. In other words, our DNA somehow affects our external reality through a process of vortex mechanics…In my own personal experiments with appreciation, I have found that when it is experienced for longer than a few minutes, it often produces a hypnotic-type feeling of bliss, which I equate to an increase in endorphins. At the very least, I think most of us would benefit from regular periods of appreciation/bliss in the course of our day-to-day lives. The challenge for many persons is how to feel appreciation when there is seemingly no reason for it.” - Tom Kenyon (The Big Island, Hawaii, 2 January 2005, www.crawford2000.co.uk/hathor.htm and www.tomkenyon.com).

‘It's All in Divine Order’ by Bdhi Mind (www.myspace.com/bhodimind, blog 11 July 2008).

“What if we knew in our hearts that everything that happens to us is for our highest and best?
What if we knew that we ARE the co-creators of our reality right NOW ?
If we could accept that we ARE powerful beyond measure?
Our only real point of power is in the present moment.

When we lament over our situation, instead of accepting what is happening,
we are not in the present moment or present in the moment.

Consciously accepting ‘what is’ ‘as is’ ‘right now’ is the key.

This phrase, ‘It's all in Divine Order’ became my reminder.

I started saying it in all situations, especially under dire circumstances.

I borrowed it from a friend, in 1990. She used to say it all the time.

(I was recently surprised to learn that most of my friends think of this phrase when they think of me).

I don't have particularly great karma, to be quite honest. (I seem to have arrived in this life with some karma to work out!) I have endured many events that seem quite unfair. Fortunately, I learned to be at peace about it all through acceptance, so my suffering is minor, much less than you might expect. These events were a training ground. After any ‘catastrophe,’ I got into the habit of saying, immediately, ‘It's all in Divine Order.’ Rather than blaming, shaming or justifying or somehow flipping into some victim behaviour. Most people (strangers, mostly) just thought I was stupid, to be honest. They thought that I was too naive and dumb to see what was happening.

It is more accurate to say that we had different beliefs about the true nature of reality.

If you can accept that all that is happening is for your benefit, and that you get exactly what you need to evolve in every moment, then you are on the way to being in the creative state of mind that asks, ‘How can I use this experience to grow and evolve?’ Or ‘What is my lesson in this?’ This state of mind (willingness) springs from a conscious choice to align yourself with a state of acceptance.

Often, when faced with adversity, we ask, ‘Why?’ I find that ‘Why?’ activates my mind in a way that doesn't really serve me. I can rationalise, justify and intellectualise. I can tell all my friends and garner support for my thoughts. I can run from my faith and curse God for allowing this to happen. This is the opposite of being a co-creator. Victimhood. Make an effort to stay out of that mental ghetto. It's not truth. We are not victims. We are co-creators and we are learning from all of our experiences.

What I REALLY need to know, when faced with adversity, is how to move forward in that moment towards truth rather than down the victimhood path, which is the usual route for most of us, at least initially. Make a choice to go beyond that initial ‘reaction.’ Affirming that even misfortunes are synchronicities is empowering. It doesn't mean that we approve of what happens or would want it to happen. I think it works a bit like forgiveness. Forgiveness is not about the people who are to be forgiven. It's about the person holding the grudge. I can't explain the details of exactly how situations are in divine order. There are so many seeming injustices. Yet, I do believe that there is a bigger picture than the one that we generally look at. Acceptance is a key to getting the mind willing to see the bigger picture and the options or choices available. In accepting a situation, we often become more willing to make choices about how to respond. When we are not accepting of the moment, or reality, our minds spin arguments and questions, looking for fairness or blame. We are not exactly in present time in that state and it is more difficult to resolve our difficulties when we are ‘out to lunch.’

‘It's All in Divine Order.’
(Or whatever phrase reminds you to say ‘yes’ to reality).

To use this affirmation most effectively, remember that it is best used to remind yourself to choose acceptance in the moment rather than allowing your mind hang out in the mental ghettos of victimhood and blame, anger, denial, ignorance, attachment or fear.

Sure, it may be your first reaction and that's normal.

Realise where you are and start looking for the truth.

Love is the only Truth. Everything else is a delusion.

Oneness is Truth. Every negative emotion is a dyslexic perception of ourselves and others.

It is often our negative emotions that cause us to feel separate from ourselves, others and the Creator as well as our own creativity and our own innate ability to co-create our lives rather than feeling victimised by our experiences.

The good news is that emotions can be changed. We have free will. We exercise our free will by making choices. You always have a choice. A choice is different than control. A choice is limitless. You may not be able to control all that happens in your life but you CAN choose your response to what happens. You can choose how you think about things, how you respond to and interpret life and so much more.

What is standing between you and the feeling of being at choice? Emotional stress.

How can you reduce your emotional stress for free?

Meditate.

Make Choices.

And Remember: It's All in Divine Order.
(Acceptance)
You CAN make lemonade when life hands you lemons.

It's a fine skill to cultivate.

Taoist Priest

“The Tao includes everything that is, was and ever could be. There is nothing that isn’t part of the Tao – even nothing is part of the Tao. But the Tao cannot be described or explained – that’s its only rule – it’s just too big too all-embracing. So its followers don’t even try. Instead, it’s just accepted as a premise or a fact.
In Magic Roundabout language, suppose the Tao was a huge, limitless being, an intelligent macrocosmos. That being, Big Tao (pronounced dow, by the way) would look about itself, see all the pleasure and all the pain in the entire universe, and being totally enlightened about both the beneficence and cruelty of life, say, ‘Perfect. Absolutely damn perfect!’ This wouldn’t be for any latent sadistic tendencies on its part. When you’re big enough to encompass the entirety of all that is, you have the perspective of a span of an infinite number of aeons to see that everything in nature, all its agony and ecstasy, is exactly as it’s meant to be and is all perfect. There is no sentimentality at this level.”
- Barefoot Doctor (Dear Barefoot. Taoist Wisdom For Everyday Living, Atlantic Books on behalf of Guardian Newspapers Ltd, London, U.K., 2004, p.298-299).

“Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.” - Eckhart Tolle (A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose).

"As long as you think that the cause of your problem is ‘out there’ - as long as you think that anyone or anything is responsible for your suffering - the situation is hopeless. It means that you are forever in the role of victim, that you’re suffering in paradise." - Byron Katie.

“Many enlightening human beings get stuck on one story from their life, usually that involves being victimised in some way. Something ‘bad’ has happened to them, and they begin to proceed with the rest of their lives tentatively in case they get hurt again. Dear Ones, you cannot move into your authentic power holding onto your victim consciousness! So many humans are stuck in the loop of their old stories and by doing so continue victimising themselves, over and again, by staying in that old energy. Isn't it time to finally, truly, let that energy go? The old stories only continue to define you if you let them. How would you feel if you never had to feel that old energy again? How much lighter would you be? True surrender allows you to wipe the slate clean, so to speak, and to start creating the life that so better matches who you really are. You cannot surrender cautiously, Dear Ones. Surrender with all of your being and consider it a leap into freedom and empowerment and allow your spirit to soar.” - Archangel Gabriel (channelled through Shelley Young, 3 July 2012, www.trinityesoterics.wordpress.com).

“Instructions are necessary only so long as one has not surrendered oneself.” - Sri Ramana Maharshi (Talk 434, 28 December 1937).

“Everything is a gift of the universe - even joy, anger, jealously, frustration, or separateness. Everything is perfect either for our growth or our enjoyment.” - Ken Keyes, Jr.

“You may witness outbursts from people in the coming days and months, particularly from those who have not yet learned how to practice balance and energetic clarity and those who are resisting the shift. Dear Ones, never take those outbursts personally. They speak loudly of the other person's discomfort and say nothing about you.” - Archangel Gabriel (channelled through Shelley Young, 5 July 2012, www.trinityesoterics.wordpress.com).

Are there any repercussions for committing suicide?

Excerpt from Matthew's latest message
Channelled through Suzanne Ward, 23 September 2014

Occasionally a person’s passing touches the heart of the world, and so it is with Robin Williams. Our colleagues in Nirvana told us that a throng of thousands gathered to greet this soul who had given pleasure to so many during his Earth lifetime, and we hasten to assure readers who wrote that they prayed he wouldn’t be “penalized” for ending his life—he will not be.
Let us speak first about entry into Nirvana. The soul is liberated from the etheric body and the psyche, which arrive in the same condition as when the person left physical lifetime. Robin’s psyche was beset with such pervasive, painful depression that eventually it took control; he thought that only by ending his life could he escape the intolerable agony. His traumatized psyche needed to be healed, and this came with customized care and constant attention in one of Nirvana’s specialty areas that can be likened to your hospitals’ ICUs.
Our colleagues report that Robin’s psychic healing was swift due to cellular patterning of lifetimes in advanced civilizations, he had completed all major contract provisions and depression was not a contract choice, he is in the company of friends and family from his immediate past and previous lives, and he is joyously experiencing other wondrous aspects of life in Earth’s spirit world. We add our own knowledge, that lighted beings throughout the universe honor this highly evolved soul who had chosen to be generous in spirit, energy and resources and by far exceeded even that extraordinarily grand measure.

As for suicide’s pertinence to all souls, I asked my mother to give you the information I gave her many years ago. [The following is the “Suicide” chapter in Matthew, Tell Me about Heaven.]
Matthew, are people who die by suicide treated differently from the others?
Yes and no. They are given the same personal, loving reception as all other arrivals, and every effort is extended to assist in their healing and adjustment just as it is with all other traumatized souls who need customized treatment. However, they enter at a special treatment station because their traumas need a unique kind of maximum care.
I know you have heard that people who take their own lives face a punishing form of spirit life, but instinctively you doubt this is so.  You are right, it is not so. It isn't fair or reasonable to lump all suicides into one category with one exacting judgment for all to face up to.
In some cases the cause of suicide is severe body chemistry imbalance that impairs sound decision-making. In other cases, what you call insanity leads to suicide. Some people act out of extreme depression, perhaps due to loss of someone they considered vital to their lives, and depression takes over their rational thinking. Some take their lives on foolish dares, not believing the risk would result in death. Others act in despair of the moment rather than give the spirit time to be strengthened. Some end their lives to end intractable pain. None of those is more reason for harsh judgment than death attributed to heart failure or a broken neck.
Some people in relatively sounder condition consciously decide to end their lives. For some, this is in total capitulation to a series of adverse events, sometimes to provide for their families in the only way they feel is left to them, insurance money. Other people conclude that they cannot deal with situations they find too difficult or unsavory—perhaps their marital infidelity or financial or political corruption has been discovered, or they have been discredited by their peers. These calculated cases also are very sad because those people really don't wish to leave the whole of their Earth life, only those aspects they see as so overwhelming that in their opinion, death is the only remedy.
Whatever their reason, people who commit suicide review their Akashic records with the same self-assessment and next lifetime planning process as any other soul. It is true that they incur an accumulated lesson by having to repeat all the lessons they chose but didn't complete, but there is no punishment or heavy karma levied due to self-inflicted death. Intent, or motive, is the basis for all determinations of self-judgment, and those people need not judge themselves any more severely than any others in this realm.
Thank you, Mother.

Excerpts from Matthew's latest message
Channelled through Suzanne Ward, 23 September 2014

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew.  In addressing readers’ most recent questions, we cite one that is the essence of all: Was Scotland’s rejection of independence a setback for world progress? We don’t see it that way. We see as progress that there was an election, that the citizens of Scotland could, and did, peaceably make their case for sovereignty. Although the outcome disappointed forward-looking Scots, their forceful call for independence made clear to the government of Britain that there must be changes in their relationship not only with the people of Scotland, but also of Wales and Ireland.
For the moment it remains to be seen how quickly the proposed changes will come about and to what extent they will satisfy the citizens of those countries. In the longer term, governmentally-imposed regulations, restrictions, penalties and tax levies will cease everywhere. All of Earth’s peoples will know their divinity in the Oneness of All, their innate knowledge and powers as multidimensional beings, and everyone will respect the sanctity of everything within Creation.

We have been asked time and again why some off-planet sources give a timeframe for the occurrence of one thing or another and we do not. First, we urge you to be very discerning about channeled information, particularly announcements of NESARA or sudden wealth. And be aware that some information that purportedly is channeled actually is written and disseminated by individuals to intentionally misinform, discourage or frighten readers.
Now then, one reason we aren’t comfortable giving a time is the difficulty of putting into your linear construct something that exists in the continuum. We shall come back to that, but first we want to speak about our other reason because it is by far the more important. Your expectation of a specific happening sends forth positive energy that is tied to a certain time; if nothing significant is evident then, the energy turns into disillusionment, discouragement or even anger, and that vibratory downturn further delays the projected happening.
That said, we happily tell you that the decade of delay in your society’s advancement will end in your year 2017, a most propitious timeframe indeed with a celestial window similar to the one during the December 2012 solstice that eased Earth into fourth density. Your concept of time actually is energy in motion, and since Earth’s ascension route is into successively higher, or lighter, energy planes, the few interim years will pass with increasing speed. And, ever-heightening vibrations along the way will enable expanding realization of soul-level knowingness and powers of manifestation that you will heartily welcome.
This departure from our usual reluctance to mention a time is only in small part because the planetary alignment in 2017 is a given. Much more so, beloved family, it’s because your optimism and enthusiasm about Earth’s future will counterbalance the negativity of mainstream media’s reports on the Ebola epidemic, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Iraq’s tenuous new government, the long-running Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and especially at this time, efforts to halt the advancement of ISIS forces in Syria.
We aren’t underestimating the seriousness of those situations by saying that the repetitious films and reports with dire-sounding outlook are evoking the fear and pessimism that keep the populace constrained in third-density mentality. For instance, the projected three-year or longer effort to eliminate ISIS—it needn’t take that long!—and an Ebola epidemic that is out of control—it isn’t!
Despite media’s loss of credibility to some degree, the vast majority of Earth’s peoples believe “expert” assessments because they don’t know what you do. They don’t know that the circumstances they worry about would run their courses much more rapidly if positive energy streamers were propelling them. They don’t know that today’s mayhem is offering many millions the opportunity to complete third density karma, attain balance and evolve. They don’t know that they chose to be on Earth so they can participate in everything that is transpiring or that the outcome will be Earth’s Golden Age in full flourish.
We aren’t suggesting that you attempt to change anyone’s mindset—the pace of growing in conscious and spiritual awareness is every soul’s God-given right. It is that the light in your positive thoughts and feelings radiates out into the world and hastens the ending of all fighting, hardships and suffering. Light—love!—is the key to peace, health and prosperity.
A reader who interpreted “reference library” in a previous message to be our knowing “everything there is to know” asked why we attributed to colleagues in Nirvana what we stated about the Malaysian aircraft that was shot down in Ukraine. We did so because they were the source—and our knowledge base grows continuously. Some information comes from individuals in Nirvana who monitor happenings on Earth and some from highly-evolved souls in other spirit worlds, God, members of advanced civilizations, universal councils and master teachers.
We also derive information by observing Earth’s energy field of potential, which reflects the collective consciousness of all her residents—people, animals, plants and the Devic kingdom—and we report the field’s most significant activity at the time of our messages. But because every resident’s thoughts, feelings and actions affect the ebb and flow of energy, a situation may change considerably before our subsequent message.
Energy streamers influencing a situation may have strengthened and turned a possible outcome into a probable outcome. A situation that was developing into a probability may have reverted to a possibility because its streamers weakened. A surge of energy may have entered an area where movement had been barely perceptible. The intensifying momentum behind what had appeared to be a highly likely outcome may have fizzled completely because a strong burst of energy sideswiped it. Absolute certainties—predestined outcomes—are extremely rare, and Earth’s ascension out of third density and continuing to her destination in fifth is among the very few exceptions to energy’s vagaries.
At the moment the energy field is rife with activity. New energy streamers are emerging, some are changing directions, some are gaining momentum, some are dwindling to mere wisps; and all of the continuous movement is maneuvered by your collective thoughts, feelings and free will choices. This is why, even though the ultimate outcome of everything underway is known in the continuum because it is predestined, it isn’t possible to pinpoint in linear time exactly when a specific happening will manifest...
Now then, readers in Europe have written concerns about the Muslim population in a number of their cities. Dear ones, they are not there to cause you unrest! They have responded to soul-level guidance to become acquainted with new geographic areas, cultures and philosophies; and because adjusting to dramatic newness isn’t an overnight feat, their clinging to what is familiar—their kinsmen, attire and religious traditions—is natural. They aren’t the only ones choosing to migrate, but they may be the most obvious. And, just as in any population, some individuals behave badly, and long-time residents in the area may mistakenly ascribe that behavior to all persons in the new population.
Yeah, this was a long time ago though Matthew! lol.
To readers who are endowing all Muslims with the same radical religious views as ISIS, or ISIL, we say: Please don’t!  Some of you cited passages in the Quran that permit, even advocate killing your enemies. The Bible has a plethora of that same kind of material, and both books dreadfully distort the faiths’ original tenets.
For instance, the biblical reference to “born into sin”—not to mention the claim that Jesus died to save sinners!—is a grievous departure from ancient records of Jesus’ teachings. He taught that “sin” is but an error in judgment, and the only error is interfering with the growth of the soul, one’s own or another’s.
The ingredient of every soul is the pure love energy essence of Creator and this is the makeup of all newborns. When individuals are indoctrinated from infancy onward in hatred, vengeance and killing in the name of a religion, they are drawn to groups like ISIS. Thus, even though that militant force may think it is acting upon religious principles, it is not. It is acting out the result of minds inculcated with the right and responsibility to brutally defend and promulgate their beliefs, however in error those are.
It was much the same with Christianity. Consider the Inquisition, the Crusades, the persecution of indigenous peoples in Latin America by the Catholic conquistadores. Later, in the land that became the United States, Christians annihilated bison herds to deprive the native population of their source of sustenance and they reduced that population by massacres and disease.
Beloved family, all of your religions that began in the purity of spiritual truths departed from their beginnings to some extent, and the greatest deviations are in Islam and Christianity. Most karmic lessons incurred by generation after generation after generation stemmed from what was done in the name of religion, the most divisive, destructive aspect of life on Earth.
The process of world transformation and spiritual renewal is bringing to an end what long ages ago the darkness imposed upon hearts and minds: Fear or scorn whatever is different—destroy what you fear, disrespect and discriminate against differences you deem inferior. To insure that this would take firm hold within humankind, the darkness implanted the idea of labels to denote differences. Thus society came to regard—and often judge—individuals in accordance with their religious, national, cultural, ethnic, political, governmental, ideological, racial, professional, traditional, financial or social status.
We call you lightworkers—is that not also a label that designates a difference from those who are not?  It is, but never is the intention separateness from other souls, much less elevation above any. Lightworker is knowing who you are—an inseparable part of God and all other souls—and what you are doing—sending forth the light that is freeing Earth’s peoples from those divisive constraints so that everyone can live together peacefully, respectfully, cooperatively and harmoniously. All souls on the planet will be living within the light, wherein labels have no place.
With unconditional love, we are at your side all along your ascension pathway.

Monstaville Book II. Chapter 28

28

““Thus, what is of supreme importance in war is to attack the enemy's strategy.”
- Sun Tzu.

Notes from a conversation with [K] regarding my nasty neighbours [next-door].

It’s not what you do but how you do it, the method you use: methodology. He says the negative shadow side is important. You just do the opposite and he’ll guarantee the action is not physical or violent in nature. It is best to take a battle into a new realm - not to the next level. He concluded that communicating with them is the solution. Even if it means dividing them by getting on with, or influencing, one of them. They are using the power of numbers as an instinctive strategy (culturally confident that victory is inevitable under such circumstances). My argument is that my power does not lie in communication and that they would annihilate me (as they tried when I did go and speak to them previously). Besides, they have shown that it is impossible to reason with them. Since I am the one with awareness of what is happening, it will be me who can change and resolve things. They are just responding on the lower, superficial level to which they are constrained through their ignorance and weakness, not a deeper perspective. When you understand and realise then you can actualise. The collective needs understanding before chance can take place.

He gave me a copy of Machiavelli’s The Prince saying he had wondered why a friend had given it to him and suggesting that it was meant for me since I am in need of pondering and developing cunning strategies against a relentless enemy. I did not find the book particularly useful in terms of practical application but I guess it was an inspiring introduction to the idea of strategic defence. It turned out to be essential reading for my political enquiry in fact.

Another friend who is a Buddhist and ‘lucky pacifist’ warned me a few times of the danger of defining my conflict with the neighbours as a ‘war.’ It is a negative word which conveys an expectation of trouble and will only perpetuate the strife. It was useful advice and I was mindful on numerous occasions of not tempting fate. Rather than emphasise the negative I have endeavoured to engender an expectation of peace and harmony (for all the good it has done me!).

“If they see they’re not getting to you they give up and go away.” (Unless they live next door and they’re a total menace!).

 “Love knows no fear.”

“‘And ye, who have been bathed in this love, both in the inward and the outward worlds, are now ready to fling away selfish protection and to embark on that great adventure when the soul abandoneth mental desire and emotional satisfaction, and, freed at last from the fear of consequences and the illusions by which time holdeth his slaves, riseth as a bird from the ground and flieth with a song above the clouds.’” - St. Francis (The Shining Brother. Recording the spirit return of St. Francis of Assisi and its sequel Francis Speaks Again by Laurence Temple, Psychic Press, London, U.K., 1941, p.279).

Journey. From One Life to Another by Paco Rabanne (Element Books, Dorset, U.K., 1991).

p.155. This may sound naïve to some, but it is the only way to find harmony and to avoid being a victim of hate. On every occasion, one must approach the other in a positive way. By doing this, one realises that the outer negativity which may exist is diffused. It loses its purpose or boomerangs back to the one who emits it. One must never give way to rage. Anger is contracting: one says ‘I am on edge,’ ‘It gets on my nerves.’ Whereas everything becomes simple when one is open. Someone who is completely open, docile and available is never attacked. We say that the serpent does not bite the hermit, because the animal senses that the hermit wishes it no harm. It is a well known fact that dogs bare their teeth to people who approach them with bad intentions or with fear, whereas love knows no fear.

p.156. I firmly believe that the more we fear aggression, the more chance we have of being victimised. Having left the animal state, man has kept its instincts. Do not we immediately perceive when a person in front of us is hostile? That is just when we should avoid ‘blocking.’ With a little kindness, if we are malleable and receive each person with a smile, welcome them calmly, all goes well. Astonishingly, kindness is disarming. In fact, people will attack those who, deep down, have an undercurrent of aggression. The two negative poles clash and reject each other. When we have no hate in ourselves, nobody comes to attack us. Love is the best form of protection.

p.156. It is not a question of lowering one’s guard, but of refusing to play the aggressor. We should never approach people with our spirit filled with prejudices and preconceived ideas, for not to attack is also not to judge. We should accept people as they come, as they are.

“Kindness is a language the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” - Mark Twain.

I recall reading a story about an old monk who kept fishing a scorpion out of the water each time it fell into the river. Each time the monk rescued the scorpion he was stung. An observer asked why he persisted instead of simply letting the little bugger drown. I can’t find the original quote but I imagine the monk replied that his patience and compassion would pay off eventually through his influence. Perhaps, if not in this life, then a later one.

Insects, as with most other creatures, are totally instinctive. They are going to do what they want or have to anyway. You can try talking to them, hoping that your intention, the vibration of your message, reaches them and affects their consciousness, but it is a waste of time in my view. It is in their nature to fly and buzz around like lunatics, to annoy or bite. Similarly, there are violent people who are going to bully and intimidate no matter what you say or do. They won’t listen to reason or respond to kindness. Violent people regard these modes of behaviour as weaknesses because they derive a feeling of power from destructive thought and action which temporarily relieves them of their own fears and insecurities. Yet, there are also those whom you influence by thought or example and bring out their better natures, at least for a while (it is fair to say, however, that, generally, I do not even have sufficient power to ward off insects using thought let alone trying to rival Buddha’s power to influence human beings by directing his Light towards them!).

Dick Solomon (John Lithgow): I know that it was his final request that I be forthright and honest, but, the problem is, I can’t seem to find anything good to say about this man. And I’ve been looking!
Father Rice (Bruce Ed Morrow): You know, Dick, everyone has goodness within them. If you look beneath the surface far enough, I think you’re going to discover and basic inner core of goodness that, well, makes us all children of God.
Dick: Oh? Well, I guess I’ll just have to try and find that in Dr. Hamlin.
Father Rice: [Pauses, with a look of concerned] Leonard Hanlin? [Dr. Solomon nods. Long pause] Oh, well, good luck! [Smiles and gets up to leave Dr. Solomon’s office].
- 3rd Rock From The Sun (Season 1, Episode 8, ‘Body & Soul & Dick,’ written by Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner, 1996).

[J], who has been on the receiving end of a few thuggish assaults, told me the thing about confrontation, especially of a physical nature, is that the person who confronts without cause - that is, who initiates violence based on excuses or over-defensive behaviour - just wants to fight; they just want trouble. I wish I could remember more of what he said. We were sitting at a bar in Camden on his brother’s birthday and I must have mentioned something about my problems with the neighbours. Out of the blue, he just came out with all this wisdom on the subject. I probably did not digest or remember it all because it was his wisdom, not mine. I just remember thinking, ‘Now there’s a wise old soul!’

Pigsy, you seem quite pleased with yourself for fucking my life up and knowing that you’re causing a nervous person to live in fear and possibly commit suicide. I can’t imagine how horrible it would be to be a nasty person like you.

Perhaps, in part at least, Mr. Sociopath vented his frustration - that he needs friends but can never make any - on to me. Perhaps he would have preferred to have been friends but realised that I am too antisocial myself to a bully for a friend. Like Frankenstein’s monster, he is simply too inadequate and fucked up emotionally to connect properly with people on that level as true friends do. [Retrospective note: Mary Shelley once referred to the nameless monster in her famous novel as ‘Adam.’ Third-dimensional humanity is a monster created by misguided scientists who were conned by dark forces to tamper with our DNA to imprison us in the physical body!].

On the use of deterrents in society to deter people from committing crimes, Raynor C. Johnson says, “I think a lot of the deterrents are really for people who are going to do something that is wrong anyway; they will very rarely be put off by a deterrent because they have it within their beings to commit the negative act in the first place. If you are an angry man you will find a situation whereby you can justify your anger. Most people think that the situations come and then you become angry but it is because of the anger with already that the situation is drawn to you so that you can express your anger, and if you do not think clearly you will give yourself a self-righteous reason for being angry.” (In Touch with Raynor C. Johnson by Sheila Gwillam, Light Publishing, London, U.K., 1996, p.182).

Paco Rabanne also describes an incident in which someone used a black magician to attack him psychically. He says that he felt and knew what was happening and decided to imagine himself covered in thousands of tiny mirrors affirming that they would serve to return the negative energy to their sender a thousandfold. He later concluded, however, that the highest form of response would have been to send love. This, he says, if I remember correctly, is most effective response as well in the long-run since it not only protects one from harm but also provides an opportunity for the evil-bearer to grow spiritually. The love may not reach them, being rejected, but the energy might remain there somewhere until they are ready to feel it and, potentially, respond to it.

“Haters are cowards. When confronted they often back down.” – Angelica Wandering Angel (MySpace friend).

Which is why they only give vent to their hatred while they are protected at a distance and cannot be confronted directly and may not even be detected. They may wield power by remaining unseen and unknown. This is, after all, how the global elite have held on to absolute power over humanity for thousands of years. With neighbours it’s tricky because they are also protected by the fact that they are there constantly and can cause even more damage. They have nothing to fear because you have a vested interest, a personal need, that requires protection. That is, you want your home to be a peaceful environment in which to relax and you want to be able to sleep at night, eat your lunch in the garden during the summer, and experience some quality of life even if you live in a despicable urban ghetto of an environment! It is therefore, I believe, impossible to ‘love thy neighbour’ unconditionally when they really are your neighbour through perpetual proximity and can make your life hell just by behaving more selfishly and aggressively without having to be direct. Confronting them face-to-face does not alter the environment in any way or change the situation. When you return to your home they are at it again, doing their best to annoy you and make you feel miserable. If you keep going round to confront them you are merely allowing them to wind you up and endure more distress both directly and at a distance. They do not feel any need to face up to the truth or listen to their conscience because they know they are in a powerful position. They have their finger on the very button that hurts you at your soft core, in your very soul which is what we relax into when we are at home. In addition, they are protected by law. Annoying your neighbour in cunning or less dramatic ways is not a crime. And, if force is the only language they understand, then the situation is pretty hopeless because the use of force is against the law! As you can see from my experiences in there are no permanent solutions in this instance. I could have found myself in trouble had I even threatened either of the males next door with physical violence. They may even have wanted a reaction like that to report me and justify further abuse in ways that slip through the legal net whilst making me look like the troublemaker!

“There is no merit where there is no trial; and till experience stamps the mark of strength, cowards may pass for heroes, and faith for falsehood.” - Aaron Hill (www.quotelady.com/subjects/strength.html).

I have known people, like bouncers and soldiers, for example, who are more physical and know just what to do and what they can get away with should they feel that a situation requires the threat or use of physical force. In fact, I could have had someone pop round there at any time and knock this whole situation on the head once and for all within five minutes. I know what he’s capable of. Nobody would have known and the neighbours would have been way, way too scared to have continued or contacted anyone on the outside. I could even have sorted the Pigsy situation out in this way. They would have felt utterly paralysed, the way I was made to feel here in the past. It was on offer but it simply is not my way. I’m essentially a very gentle person and I believe that violence is to be avoided at any cost. Longing for a civilised society whilst being stuck in this hole may not be terribly realistic but, equally, I hate violence.

Honey Bunny (Amanda Plummer): [About to rob a diner] I love you, Pumpkin.
Pumpkin (Tim Roth): I love you, Honey Bunny.
Pumpkin [Stands up brandishing a gun] All right, everybody be cool, this is a robbery!
Honey Bunny: Any of you fucking pricks move, and I'll execute every motherfucking last one of ya!

During the past few summers I have observed that the notion that the best way to deal with wasps is to simply sit still and leave them be. The fear and suspense then linger for the duration of the insect’s presence. There’s always that sense of ‘What if I accidentally move too quickly or have to do something that the wasp finds threatening?’ That is living in fear, I paralysis, not being able to relax and move around freely and spontaneously. That’s how bullies work! ‘What if…?’ What I have learned is that if one employs ruthless intent and goes for the wasp (providing there’s only one!) with a swift but well-timed swipe the wasp will not come back if it’s a direct hit or near miss. Anything less than that could be suspect. I wouldn’t know! All I know is that it’s important to seriously threaten the wasp’s very existence! As I said, I also know that this is really the only way to deter my neighbours from attacking me as well. What these ‘monster’ books are about, as I have explained in the introductions, is finding ways to act – or not – in these kinds of situations when such a dramatic extreme is not an option or one would not consider it or want to go down that road. Simply doing nothing also simply invites more trouble because there is no force, no energy, no power of intent (or love perhaps), to deter the wasp-like neighbours.

Sure, I understand that they are attracted to the sugar and just testing the ground and checking the area out to see what nosh might be available for them to steal. However, in this instance, the sugar is the opportunity for the neighbours to behave selfishly and proudly, and vent their anger and hatred on a victim. In this sense, there is very little difference between any of the neighbours whom I have had to tackle here. What they are stealing is my power and quality of life. They are sapping my energy and robbing my peace of mind so I feel even more helpless and they feel even more free to do what the fuck they like at my expense. These people also have similar motives for acting in such a hostile manner and, in this way, they share an affinity as a social group (which could be defined as the ‘dregs of society’). I’m outnumbered! And, yes, the most sensible, practical thing to do if there are two or more wasps hovering around the picnic is to move to a different area! This is an unaffordable solution in my situation for the time being unfortunately.

“When you are frightened by something, you have to relate with fear, explore why you are frightened, and develop some sense of conviction. You can actually look at fear. Then fear ceases to be the dominant situation that is going to defeat you. Fear can be conquered. You can be free from fear, if you realise that fear is not the ogre. You can step on fear, and therefore you can attain what is known as fearlessness. But that requires that, when you see fear, you smile.” - Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche (Smile at Fear. Awakening the True Heart of Bravery, Shambhala Publications, MA., U.S., 2009).

"The search for Reality is the most dangerous of all undertakings, for it destroys the world in which you live." - Nisargadatta Maharaj.

“A man is not called wise because he talks and talks again; but if he is peaceful, loving and fearless then he is in truth called wise.” - Buddha.

The Mask (Jim Carey): “It’s exactly two seconds 'til I honk your nose and pull your underwear over your head!” - The Mask (directed by Chuck Russell, 1994).
