“Perpetual motion is the eternal law
of life. Like human respiration, it manifests everywhere in attraction and
repulsion. Every action provokes a reaction; every reaction is proportional to
the action which provoked it. A harmonious action produces its harmonious
counterpart. A discordant action necessitates a reaction which will look ill-regulated
but will be, in reality, a balancing one. If you fight violence with violence,
you will perpetuate violence; but if you oppose it with the strength of
meekness, you will enable meekness to triumph and violence to be broken.”

Levi, The Aquarian Press, London, U.K., 1975; original book published in 1868).

Flipsides: There is a thin line
between courage and stupidity and perhaps also between self-control and fear
(and responsibility and mediocrity!).
“One has to move in spite of all the
doubts: that's what courage is. To be a courageous man does not mean that you
have no fears. A man who has courage and a coward are not different basically.
The coward has the idea to move into the dark, into the unknown, and the brave
man also has the fear. But the brave man is one who listens to the call of the
unknown in spite of the barriers of the known, and the coward is one who
listens to the known in spite of the call of the unknown. He listens to the
known, and the courageous man listens to the unknown; that is the only
difference.
Both
parts exist in every person. Every brave man has his coward behind him, but he
does not listen to it. And every coward has his brave qualities hidden within
him, but he has not listened to them. And to whatsoever part you listen, you
become that.
So
take courage. Always take the invitation of the unknown and your life will
become an adventure.”

Medra (Robert Crewdson), a partially-deformed alien with whom Ann Barlow
(Patricia Haines), a scientist, arranges an interview. The alien (in The Nightcaller, directed by John
Gilling, 1965) subsequently murders her. The purpose of his brief visit to
Earth is that of luring young maidens back to Ganymede via a model agency and
its magazine Bikini Girl in order
that the survivors of his home world avoid extinction. (Anne comes across as a
prim Sixties’ British woman so desperate for sexual adventures that she’s
willing to take her chances and Medra resembles a pervert in a mackintosh whose
deformity has turned him into a sexually-frustrated monster!).
The
basic truth (that
the West generally overlooks and misses out on)
Basically, people are semi-beast and
semi-divine. Their past is animal and their future is divine. They are learning
to rise above their animal nature and realise their divine nature, their true
being. This requires self-discipline, controlling base instincts and crude,
lustful, violent reactions. It requires learning to be and exist like gods,
angels, spirits, rather than dumb or aggressive brutes. The pain of life is all
about that growth, that evolution from beast to god. It breaks one from
attachment to the body and material forms, and it liberates one from worldly
bondage to live in the spirit even while on Earth. This is the test, the
challenge, to be in the material world and physical body but not of either;
rather, being the spirit and relating and relying on the spirit world, the
heavens.
Purify your mind.
“If you
understand the essential message of the Buddhadharma...you’ll know, ‘Oh! It’s
simply a matter of purifying my mind and will’...once enlightened, you will
never have unclean thoughts again. Why do people suffer? It is because of
unclean thoughts. Why is there no suffering in the Land of Ultimate Bliss?
It is because the people there have no impure thoughts. Thus, they endure none of the suffering, but enjoy
every bliss.” - Tripitaka Master Hua (A
General Explanation of the Buddha Speaks of Amitäbha Sütra, Sino-American
Buddhist Association, Inc., CA, U.S., 1974, p.110).

The way I learnt to meditate was to
send love to people (which I eventually saw being represented by and carried by
pink light). It always felt very powerful and therefore lifted my mind to an
elevated, meditative state. At the beginning, a tiny Tinkerbell figure would
appear magically above the person’s head and sprinkle multi-coloured healing
‘glitter’ - particles of healing light - over them.
After that, during my twenties, I
sent absent healing to people regularly although, over time, it has become
something I have engaged in less and less frequently. There was a Native
American healing guide named Micha with me, the source of potent energy for
which my thoughts provided the focus. He doesn’t appear to be there any longer.
I’m not sure. I’m too out of practice or stopped for too long on this occasion.
I can feel that the healing energy I send now is nowhere near as strong.
However, when people I know have had very serious health problems, other
extremely powerful healing energies have been channelled through me.
[Retrospective note: Micha, incidentally, is still around somewhere. I happened
to mention his apparent absence to someone and, not long after, St. Germain
introduced him to me during meditation!].
I surround the person with pink
light, a gentle, loving pink for emotional states (and physical conditions I
feel might be at least partially caused by emotional stress, etc) that need
healing.
Blue healing light I use for
physical ailments. I have used various colours in the past and still do sometimes
but, generally, I use a beautiful, medium blue colour, directing it to the
affected area. Or I see the person sitting in a shallow pool of this blue
energy, also pouring down over them, as though it is water. And this energy
naturally enters and fills the body too, bringing healing to everywhere it is
needed. I may also visualise the person in a deep pool of blue healing light,
either still, floating or moving around.
I raise them into the Christ Light.
I view it high up somewhere, just kind of elevated in the spirit world,
somewhere beyond both material and astral form. Basically, ‘wherever’ it is!
For a few years, I imagined the individual surrounded by Light upon Isis’ lap
in place of Horus, essentially invoking the healing power of the Divine Mother
(which, of course, may also be represented by Mother Mary and her child Jesus
but I’m simply too ‘pagan’ to even contemplate such an image!). [Retrospective
note: I also imagined the recipient of healing energy lying comfortably in a
temple of Isis being attended by priestesses for a while during 2008 and I have
also imagined the person in a chamber inside a pyramid receiving healing energy
from a powerful crystal]. It is pure white, the highest frequency one can
imagine. I generally either just use this method (or, occasionally, direct
white light to them), especially if I am stretched for time when I meditate, or
finish the healing with it, kind of like a perfecting ‘polish.’ I imagine them
feeling better, smiling, enjoying life, moving on from the experience,
embracing happiness. I combine this with the Christ Light visualisation, seeing
them in a perfected, pure, happy state there. [Retrospective note: I tend to
use gold light now after learning that this is the colour customarily ascribed
to the Christ energy which, really, appears to have been created as a
collective bridge for humanity to experience the higher frequencies associated
with white Light and ascend further. Also, I usually send the Violet Flame
beforehand. And, in fact, since December 2009, I have worked with Isis directly
at the end of my meditation, sending her blue Light from Sirius to all the
people I know and intending/visualising every cell of each person on Earth
filled with her white Light].
Since I have established this as my
practice for helping people in need, I am unable to really relate to the
practice of tonglen in which one endeavours, through compassion, to “take on
the suffering and purify the karma of all beings, and to give them all your
happiness, well-being, joy, and peace of mind.” (The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoché, Rider
& Co., U.K., 1992, p.206).
“Giving to others selflessly and
anonymously, radiating light throughout the world and illuminating your own
darkness, your virtue becomes a sanctuary for yourself and all beings.” -
Laozi.
An ‘Atlantean’ meditation described
in The Children of the Law of One and the
Lost Teachings of Atlantis by Jon Peniel (page 343 onwards) explains that,
through self-discipline and humility, we may drop the selfish, separate self.
Through selfless love, ‘flexible and flowing,’ we may express the energy of our
true essence. This is the pathway to God, through alignment with the Will of
the universal Spirit. The meditation attunes us to the spirit within us, to our
higher nature, inspiring us become sensitive to the needs of others through
deep spiritual love and concern for everyone everywhere. We are, at this level
of being, unselfishly giving. Unselfish love energy fills our being with peace,
strengthening us in the process. ‘You are a blessing to all who come into
contact with you.’ Surrender to the Universal Spirit’s Will. Let go so that
whatever it needs to do through you, it will and you feel relaxed, happy and
carefree. The positive power of the Universal Spirit turns obstacles into
stepping stones. “In service to the Universal Spirit’s Will, you have
tremendous courage and willpower. You are fearless and joyful. Serving the
Universal Spirit makes you feel wonderful, happy and secure. You happily do
whatever tasks the Universal Spirit needs you to do. You welcome the tasks you
are given by the Universal Spirit. When you need to transcend upsetting
emotions or emotional turmoil, you still feel people and events, but you feel
them from the calm, peaceful and secure place...You remain emotionally
protected, centred in your calm...” (Notes from a YouTube reading of the
meditation).
“The world is a dangerous place, not
because of those who do evil, but because of those who look and do nothing.” -
Albert Einstein.
“Let me not pray to be sheltered
from dangers, but to be fearless in facing them.” - Rabindranath Tagore.
“If you’re never scared or
embarrassed or hurt, it means you never take any chances.” – Julia Sorel.
“Our definition of the purest form of light is love. Love is how you feel
it in your bodies, hearts and souls. What is happening is that you now have an
opportunity to spread more light on this planet than you have ever had before.
Please be aware that with light come shadows, and with shadows come fear. Fear
is the opposite of love. Many of you believe that hate is the opposite of love,
but hate is an emotion. Hate is a reaction. Hate is a fear-based belief system
which we call BS. The balance of fear and love is now shifting on planet Earth,
thanks to the work that many of you have been doing.
You
carry love, and when you express your light, it not only flows through you to
fill you up, but it also flows around you to help others. Spreading light gives
you a confidence within your soul, helping to re-mind you of who you truly are.
The absence of light creates darkness, which is how we define fear. Humans feel
darkness in their souls through fear. We have spoken of fear many times, for it
is actually a lack of information; it is only possible to be afraid of the
unknown. Once you fill in that information, even if it is incorrect, you lose
the grip of fear and get to deal with what really is...
Then
we come to rooms like this. There are thousands of you who are watching this
broadcast - the Lightworkers on planet Earth. For you, dear ones, fear is an
opportunity for light. Fear is calling you into work. Fear is an opportunity
for you to be of service on this planet now, and that is what you do so
beautifully. You bring love. You bring light. You bring information where there
is none, so you can release this entire process of fear. We ask you to
carefully watch the words you speak. If they can be construed as fear-based in
any way, re-word them to more accurately communicate. Many will also become
very sensitive to fear-based messages, motivations and actions in your own
world. Fear cannot control you when you are aware of it. Become aware of
fear-based movements, as this is the typical manner in which humanity has been
controlled for eons of time.
As
you move out of the field of duality you will experience less of the
light/dark, love/fear, good/bad, right/wrong, and up/down thinking. These
opposites are now being balanced by a new connection to your own Higher Self.
This is partly being facilitated by the crystals that are forming inside your
own physical body, for they are going to help you. That which could have been
very negative is now being adapted by the most adaptable beings throughout the
universe...human beings. You are changing it all in the blink of an eye.”
