a heart full of love is always so…
no matter the tides
no matter the flow

A friend on Facebook (in March, 2011) complained that people were spreading vicious gossip about her. As Don Miguel Ruiz notes, people spread such poison to make people feel bad about themselves in an act of revenge. (The Four Agreements, Amber-Allen Publishing, CA., U.S., 1997, p.41). I sent her a comment in which the tag read: “Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back. It simple means that you are two steps ahead.” I told her: “We are making our way to the peak, entering the Light, and some may seek to pull us down but that's simply part of the challenge as we strengthen our focus and intent and open our hearts even wider.” Later, I added: “My own conflicts intensified too. It's the same for everyone on this path. A deeper layer of negative energy that's been shovelled out to make room for more light.”

“If you know yourself, then you’ll not be harmed by what is said about you.” - Arabian proverb.

“The man [told the sage] that he was weary of life and sick in mind and soul. The sage promised him that if he was prepared to face tests, to go through ordeals, he would help him out of his despondency and into a new life. He pointed to the mountains in the distance and said to the man, ‘Look at those sunlit heights. If you would find happiness and truth, satisfaction and peace of soul, you will have to climb those golden heights.’
The man realised what an enormous task lay before him. He went home and thought over the sage’s words. We have not time to relate the whole story, but after a long journey our friend reached those golden heights and there he found companions of his spirit – those who had journeyed the same way as he. On those heights he found a life of perfection and beauty and was relieved of the sorrow and suffering which had been his on the plains and in the valleys. Because he found so much, in the end he had only one wish left: to return the way he had come in order to help his brothers and sisters on the plains to travel the same road and to reach those heights of happiness which had been his.
Those golden heights are waiting for you, along with every other soul; but first you must cast out false values and recognise that the most important thing in life is the awakening of the spirit of God within your own heart. You have to admit the profound and eternal truth that you are not limited by earthly things; you are not merely living for an allotted span on a material plane of existence. You are spirit; and as spirit, you are a daughter or a son of God. As a child of God you can claim your birthright – which is the power of the spirit within to free you from bondage in a material world.”
- White Eagle (The Light Bringer. The Ray of John and the Age of Intuition, The White Eagle Publishing Trust, Hants., U.K., 2001, p.43).

"When we choose to look through the eyes of Love and be compassionate it removes the need for judgement, violence and war. Compassion allows us to experience Oneness with others and with all things. Love gives us an expanded view of the world and lets us see the world as our Soul sees it. Everything that happens is based on choice and can be viewed from a place of Peace, Love and Understanding." - Paul Adkins.

"Every painful experience is an opportunity to open ourselves to more love. Who we give to is less important than why we are giving - the question we must answer truthfully is what we want and need from others, where we are seeking love from outside ourselves instead of connecting to our inner resources of love within. Becoming the love we seek will be a global lesson, and this extends to all areas of our life." - Jennifer Hoffman (www.urielheals.com).

"Love doesn't need reason. It speaks from the irrational wisdom of the heart." - Deepak Chopra.

“You truly wish to be happy? Truly? Cease from measuring people. Cease making someone better or worse. Bear witness to what you see. Bless everything you see. You don’t believe you have the ability to do it then praise God. ‘Oh, Mother, bless this, thank you for blessing this on my behalf. It is my request. Bless this, bless this person, bless this moment Mother. Thank you. Bless this building I’m standing in. Bless the mouse that just came by. Be a blessing unto the world beloved. If you can choose anything, why not choose to be a blessing. And be active in that blessing…Be a blessing unto the world.” – St. Germain (channelled through Ashamarae McNamara,’ Healing the Delusion of Separation,’ 13 December 2012, www.awakeningfromwithin.com).

A beautiful message sent to me by an Australian friend on MySpace:

My dear friend....
Totally agree...Never anything worse than a blank heart...and I know, no matter what, that could never ever be for an old loving soul as yours....
always thinking of you and wishing you alllll the love in the world, along with endless light and alllll your dreams coming true too :o)
The tides flow and ebb and yet there is always the OCEAN....

The angels spoke this to me...

and in turn...to you...

Love is ever present in a heart of Love...”
